Medi-Cal Dental Payment Delay
An unanticipated processing issue has delayed the release of provider Dental Transformation Initiative (DTI) Domain 2 payments scheduled for 09/11/2020. Instead, these payments will be released on 09/17/2020.
Medi-Cal Dental Offers Disaster Assistance for Providers and Members affected by fires
The Department of Health Care Services will allow member and provider processing exceptions to expedite replacement of removable dental appliances for those impacted by the recent fires in Fresno, Madera, Mariposa, Monterey, Napa, Nevada, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Siskiyou. If you are impacted by the fires, please call the Provider Telephone Service Center at 1-800-423-0507 for more information about replacement of dental appliances.
