Disaster Assistance to Evacuated Members and Dental Offices

Medi-Cal Dental Offers Disaster Assistance for Providers and Members affected by fires. The Department of Health Care Services will allow member and provider processing exceptions to expedite replacement of removable dental appliances for those impacted by the recent fires in Alpine, Amador, Butte, El Dorado, Lassen, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama, and Trinity Counties. If you are impacted by the fires, please call the Provider Telephone Service Center at 1-800-423-0507 for more information about replacement of dental appliances.
